Please read the following terms and conditions before placing any orders on https://inra-fashion.com (“website”). If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not use this website or place any orders.
We have the right to modify the terms and conditions when we need to. The latest version of this document can be found here.
To be able to place an order, you will be asked to provide personal information, such as your real name, phone number, email, billing and shipping addresses and other requested information.
Purchasing is possible for individuals who have a valid credit/debit card and who authorize this website to process the amount of the total price for the merchandise they have chosen to purchase.
How to make a purchase
In order to make a purchase you will need to choose the desired product by opening this product’s page in your browser and choosing the desired size by clicking on the relevant button indicating the size number. After you will need to press the “add to cart” button and proceed to checkout or continue shopping. You can adjust the number of items in your cart or remove items from the cart on “Your cart” page before check out. To finalize the order and pay you need to press check out, insert the shipping, billing etc required information fields and choose the preferred payment method. You will receive a notification with your order confirmation and shipping confirmation with tracking number to the provided email address.
The items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may sell out. All orders are subject to availability.
We offer products for sale that are currently in stock and available for shipping right away. If you cannot find you size or the product you like is out of stock, we recommend you contacting our email@example.com and letting us know about your wish.
You may register your email for notification, if this feature is enabled on the website, and when a specific product and size if back in stock, you will receive an email.
We will keep track of your transactions in our database for any disputes for a minimum of one year.
Prices on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices on our website.
Customers making purchases from outside of European Union are responsible for relevant duty or/and tax on arrival of their order. We recommend to contact your local customs authority to find out the cost of the duty or/and tax to be paid extra before you make a purchase on our website. If you do not agree with the duties and taxation or customs procedures in your country, please do not place orders on our website.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit cards. Banklink payment is available for bank account holders in Baltic States and Finland. All transactions are processed by MakeCommerce™ , a secure online payments gateway environment that encrypts your card details.
Your shopping experience is safe as all transactions on this website are secured with the industry standard Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology. If you look at the URL in the browser you will see it begins with ‘https://’ instead of usual ‘http://’ – this indicates you are browsing in a secure mode. We also do not store any customer payment information in our databases.
Delivery. We offer complimentary worldwide delivery with our transport partners DPD and DHL. Our parcels are insured for their transit time until they are delivered to the specified address. You will receive a notification when your package has been shipped.
Delivery times. We process your order during the first 24 hours or latest 48 hours after we have received a full and cleared payment from you.
Delivery times for the parcels are from 3 to 7 days worldwide. If your delivery address is outside of European Union, bear in mind that customs formalities may prolong the delivery time. We cannot influence the transit time or be responsible for any delays caused by the transport company or the customs office. However if we receive information from the transportation company about an error with your shipment that might cause any delay or inconvenience, we will let you know about it and try to minimize the delay if we can.
A signature is required upon delivery of your order after which the responsibility for the purchased merchandise transfers to you or the signature giver (if you have authorized someone else to accept the package).
In some cases the signature is not required. If this is your case, this means you agree with our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for the parcels left outside for collection. If our transport partner decides that it is unsafe to deliver to your shipping address, they may refuse to process this order.
In case the packaging arrives damaged, please check contents before accepting or refuse to accept the package if goods inside are damaged. In case of problems with the delivery, please contact our customer support and briefly describe the issue, preferably with photos attached, at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Returns. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 14 after having received the parcel. Please note returns are not pre-paid and are to be arranged and paid by the buyer, unless the item that arrived is faulty, e.g contains flaws coming from the manufacturing. In case of the latest, after the expertise is done and if it confirms the manufacturing fault, we will refund the return delivery cost to the buyer. Buyer will be notified about the expertise and refund stages via emails.
Please let us know that you are returning the goods and indicate the courier/service and tracking number in a quick email email@example.com.
You may send the goods back using the same courier you received the parcel with or using another tracked delivery that will reach us within the mentioned time frame.
Please also note that if you made your purchase within the European Union, your return must also be made from a country within the European Union,
otherwise all possible customs fees and duties, which we will have to bear to receive the goods back, will be deducted from the total sum paid for your order.
Also note we can only accept returns for items, which are returned in original packaging, with original receipt and tags attached, unused, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered.
Important information. Sales are final for custom made garments, customized garments and please note for returns outside of European Union, the refund sum may vary from the purchase price because of the customs duties we will have to bear to receive the returned goods back. Please contact us prior to making the purchase if you are unsure and need extra information.
Refunds. Refunds are issued during 14 days after having received the goods back. Depending on your bank, please allow time for the funds to clear. For questions regarding refund processing to your credit/debit card please contact the bank that issued the card you have used for the payment.
Exchange. We do not offer exchanges at this time. You would need to return the goods and place a new order.
Non - INRÁ items. If you happen to return any items, which were not purchased from this website, please be aware that we will keep these items at your risk and it is your responsibility to arrange the return for them.

Which data we collect and how we process it
